Interurbans 1142-1145
In 1927 the rebuilding of the older cars was completed. There was a need for additional capacity and 4 cars were built by St Louis Car to match the rebuilt cars. These cars, however, were all steel. Otherwise, they were used mixed in with the older rebuilds with no distinction. They went on to KMCL in 1946 and Speedrail in 1949.
1142 was scrapped in 1952.
1143 was wrecked at Soldiers' Home on August 24, 1949, and retired. It was scrapped in 1952.
1145 was scrapped in 1952.
