Angels Flight RR

Sinai and Olivet were built by J L Eddy were built in 1901.  It was closed in 1969 and rebuilt at a near location in 1996.  It was closed in 2001 after a fatal accident and it has been opened from time to time.  They can't seem to decide if they want to keep it running.

Fresno Traction Co.

68 was built by St Louis Car Co in 1920, #1243.  It was transferred as San Jose RR 143 and retired in 1934.  It was restored as SKRR 143/


Glendale & Montrose Ry.

7 was built by Hammond Car Co in 1900 as Los Angeles Ry 225.  It was sold as Riverside & Arlington Ry 7 in 1907 and became PERy 107 in 1911,  In 1914 it was sold as Glendale & Montrose Ry 103 in 1914.

10 thru 13 were built by American Car in 1920. 10 and 13 became San Diego Electric Ry 351 and 352 in 1938 and were scrapped in 1947.

22 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in August 1923, #56937. After the Union Pacific purchased the line as a freight operation the locomotive became Union Pacific E-100. It was sent to the Yakima Valley Transporation, another UP subsidiary, as 297 in September 1942. It is now preserved at the museum at Perris, CA.

103 was built by Hammond Car Co in 1900 as Los Angeles Ry 225.  It was sold as Riverside & Arlington Ry 7 in 1907 and became Pacific Electric Ry 107 in 1911,  In 1914 it was sold as G&MRy 103 in 1914.

35 was built by American Car Co in 1913.  It was retired in 1934 and stored as a shed.  It was rebuilt in 1988 as San Jose RR 129 and used on Santa Clara Valley Transportation Co.  It was sold to Sacramento Regional Transit Authority and restored as PG&E 35.

52 was built by American Car in 1903, #483, as San Jose-Los Gatos Ry 4 "Granger".  It became PRy 52 in 1909 and sold as a sewing room in 1934.  It was rescued in 1969 and restored as 52 in 1976.

73 was built by Jewett Car Co in 1912 as San Jose RR 130.  It became Peninsular 73 and returned as SJRR 73.  It was retired in 1934 and rebuilt in 1988 as SJRR 73.

112 was built by Jewett Car Co in 1913.  It was moved and rebuilt as Pacific Electric Ry 1057 in 1937 and rebuilt in 1942.  It was scrapped in 1949.

28 was built by Hammond Car Co in Market Street Ry 755.  In 1902 it became United Railroad 755 and became Presidio & Ferries RR 28 in 1907.  It became Municipal Ry of San Francisco 317 in 1913 and rebuilt as wrecker C4 in 1922.  It was retired in 1947 and began of restoration as 317.


Red River Lumber Co.

203 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in May 1927, #60045. After an accident, it was rebuilt as a box-cab locomotive. In 1944 it was sold to Central California Traction as 23. It became Pacific Electric Ry 1593 in December 1947 and was sold to Ferrocarril Gen Urquiza 1593 in 1951.  It was renumbered 953 and later became Ferrocarril Argentina 953.

204 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in May 1927, #60046. In 1944 it was sold to CCT as 24. In December 1947 it became PE 1592 and was sold as FGU 1592 in 1951.  It was renumbered 952 and later became FA 952.


Riverside & Arlington Ry.

7 was built by Hammond Car Co in 1900 as Los Angeles Ry 225.  It was sold as R&ARy 7  in 1907 and became Pacific Electric Ry 107 in 1911,  In 1914 it was sold as Glendale & Montrose Ry 103 in 1914.

16 was a trailer from Temple Street Cable Ry in 1903.  It became PERy 3 in 1911 and scrapped in 1914.

134 was built by Brill in 1896 for Pasadena & Los Angeles Electric Ry.  It became Pacific Electric Ry and then rebuilt as R&ARy 134 in 1907.  It became  Pacific Electric Ry 400 on November 23, 1911, and rebuilt in 1915 for 1-man service.  It was scrapped in 1923.

15 was rebuilt from an older car as SBVT 5 in 1903.  It became Pacific Electric Ry 408 in 1911 and scrapped in 1933.

20 was built by American Car Co in 19106.  It became PERy 39 in 1911 and scrapped in 1928.

419 was built by Niles Car Co in 1908 as San Diego Southern RR 105.  It became San Diego & Southeastern Ry 105 in 1912 and San Diego & Arizona Ry 105 in 1917.  It was sold as Pacific Electric Ry 413 in 1918 and renumbered 419 in 1919.  It was renumbered 474 in 1933 and rebuilt as combine 1300 in 1934.  It was scrapped in 1941.

4 "Granger" was built by American Car in 1903, #483.  It became Peninsular Ry 52 in 1909 and sold as a sewing room in 1934.  It was rescued in 1969 and restored as 52 in 1976.

73 was built by Jewett Car Co in 1912 as 130.  It became Peninsular Ry 73 and returned as SJRR 73.  It was retired in 1934 and restored in 1988 as SJRR 73.

124 was built by American Car Co in 1913.  Ut was retired in 1934 and rerestored in `1988.

129 was built by American Car Co in 1913, as Pacific Gas & Electric Co 35.  It was retired in 1934 and stored as a shed.  It was restored in 1988 as SJRR 129 and used on Santa Clara Valley Transportation Co.  It was sold to Sacramento Regional Transit Authority and restored as PG&E 35.

143 was built by St Louis Car Co in 1920, #1243, as Fresno Traction Co 68.  It was transferred as SJRR 143 and retired in 1934.  It was restored as SKRR 143/
