Electro-Motive GP9 Diesels
5926, Class MRSE-17 was built in December 1955, #21199. It became Class GP-9 in 1964 and was transferred to Baltimore & 0hio 5926, Class GP-9, on August 1, 1969. It was retired on August 8, 1983 and sold to Electro-Motive on March 12, 1984. It was sent to scrap on Naporano Iron & Metal on April 11, 1986.
5943, Class MRSE-17, was in August 1955, #20852. It was reclassified as Class GP-9 in 1964. In August 1969, it became B&O 5943, Class GP-9. Later it was sold to the Hampton & Branchville as 5943.
6011, Class MRSE-17, was built in March 1956, #21489. It was reclassified in 1964 as Class GP-9 and later sold to Alabama & Florida as 6011. Under Pioneer Rail it was renumbered 902 and later sold to EconoRail as 6011.
6025, Class MRSE-17, was built in March 1956, #21503. It was reclassified in 1964 and later was sold to the Hampton & Branchville as 6025.
6066, Class MRSE-17, was built in June 1956, #21703. It was reclassified GP-9 in 1964. It went to Huron & Eastern in 1989 as 101 "County of Similac" and was sold to Idaho Northern & Pacific as 101 in November 1993. In 1994 it was sold to the Port of Tillamook Bay RR as 101.
6080, Class MRSE-17, was built in June 1956, #21717. It became Class GP-9 in 1964 and was sold to Luntz Steel Co. It was rebuilt at Paducah in September 1974 as Illinois Central Gulf 8295.
6081, Class MRSE-17, was built in June 1956m #21718. It became Class GP-9 in 1964 and was sold for scrap to Pielet Brothers in June 1982.
6083, Class MRSE-17, was built in June 1956, #21720. It was reclassified as Class GP-9 in 1957 and later sold to Farmrail as 6083 "Osage".
6158, Class MRSE-17, was built in December 1956, #22066. It was reclassified Class GP-9 in 1964 and rebuilt as United States Army 1867.
6160, Class MRSE-17, was built in September 1956, #22541. It was reclassified Class GP-9 in 1964 and later sold to Luntz Steel. It was rebuilt at Paducah in October 1973 as ICG 8204 and later rebuilt as USA 1880.
6164, Class MRSE-17, was built in September 1956, # 22545. It became Class GP-9 in 1964 and was later sold to Luntz Steel Co. It was rebuilt at Paducah in October 1973 as ICG 8220.
6173, Class MRSE-17, was built November 1956, #22556. It was reclassified in 1964 and later was sold to Tennessee Southern RR as 6173.
6174, Class MRSE-17, was built in November 1956, #22557. It became Class GP-9 in 1964 and was later sold to Luntz Steel Co. It was rebuilt at Paducah in September 1974 as ICG 8219.
6203, Class MRSE-17, was built in December 1956, #22586. It became Class GP-9 in 1964.
6210, Class MRSE-17, was built in June 1957, #23369. It becamr Class GP-9 in 1964, and later sold as Kiamichi RR 901. It later was sold as Rio Valley Switching Corp 4101.
6229, Class MRSE-17. was built in July 1957, #23388. It was reclassified Class GP-9 in 1964 and sold as Precision National Corp 1706 in July 1973. It was sold to Chicago & North Western and rebuilt as 4452, GP7, on May 14, 1980. It was retired on October 15, 1990, and scrapped in 1992.
