700 was built in March 1963, #28342, FN 7655-1. It was sold as Wisconsin Central Ltd 700 in October 1987 and put in storage in July 2001.  It was donated to Lake Superior Railroad Museum by Canadian National RR.

701 was built in March 1963, #28321, FN 7654-1.  It was retired in December 1990 and sold for scrap to Pielet Brothers in 1993.

703 was built in March 1963, #28323, FN 7654-3. It was sold as WCLtd 703 in October 1987 and donated to Colfax Railroad Museum by Canadian National.

704 was built in April 1963, #28324, FN 7654-4.  It was sold as WCLtd 704 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1994 and scrapped.

706 was built in April 1963, #28326, FN 7654-6. It was sold as WCLtd 706 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

707 was built in April 1963, #28327, FN 7654-7. It was sold as WCLtd 707 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1994 and scrapped.

708 was built in April 1963, #28328, FN 7654-8.  It became WCLtd 708 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

709 was built in April 1963, #28329, FN 7654-9. It was sold as WCLtd 709 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

710 was built in April 1963, #28330, FN 7654-10. It was sold as WCLtd 710 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

711 was built in April 1963, #28331, FN 7654-11. It was sold as  WCLtd 711 in October 1987.  It was retired by Canadian National on November 27, 2001,and sold at an auction to Hillard Enterprises on July 11, 2002.  It was sold to Railway Service Contractors as MJRX 711.

712 was built in May 1963, #28332, FN 7654-12.  It was sold as WCLtd 712 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1994 and scrapped.

713 was built in May 1963, #28333, FN 7654-13. It was sold as WCLtd 713 in October 1987.  It was scrapped by Larry's Truck Equipment Co.

715 was built in May 1963, #28335, FN 7654-15. It was sold as WCLtd 715 in October 1987.  It was retired by Canadian National on November 24, 2001, and donated to the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

716 was built in May 1963, #28336, FN 7654-16. It was sold as WCLtd 716 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

717 was built in May 1963, #28337, FN 7654-17  It was sold as WCLtd 717 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1994 and scrapped.

719 was built in June 1963, #28339, FN 7654-19. It was sold as WCLtd 719 in October 1987.  It was retired and scrapped by Sadoff Iron & Metal.

721 was built in June 1963, #28341, FN 7654-21. It was sold as WCLtd 721 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1994 and scrapped.
