140 "Land O' Corn" was built by American Car & Foundry in 1941, Order #2109. It was involved in a wreck shortly after delivery and saw little use until it was sold to the New York Susquehanna & Western as 1005 in 1943. It was traded in to Budd on RDCs in 1950.
