Rebuilt Electro-Motive SW10 Diesels

1200 was built in October 1953, #18893, as 1848, SW9. It was rebuilt at Omaha in October 1979 and renumbered 1200 on March 13, 1980. It was retired on December 31, 1997, and sold on Boise Locomotive on April 15, 1999. It was then sold to Diesel Supply Co in July 1999 and renumbered DLSX 1200 in April 2000.

1204 was built in October 1953, #18841, as 1853, SW9.  It was rebuilt as 1204 on April 17, 1980, and retired on July 14, 1998.  It was sold as David J Joseph Co 1204 in 1998 and was sold as Chaparral Steel Co L409-2 in 1999.

1215 was built in October 1953, #18839, as 1851, SW9. It was rebuilt at Omaha on January 30, 1981, as 1215 and renumbered 1274 on December 10, 1997.  It was retired on July 14, 1998, and sold to Connell Finance in July 1998.  It was sold as Salt Lake Garfield & Western D.S.10 in January 2000.

1219 was built in April 1953, #17805, as 1825, SW9. It was rebuilt and numbered at Omaha on April 30, 1982. It was retired on February 21, 1997, and sold to Diesel Supply Co on July 23, 1997. It was then sold to Arizona Public Service Co as 4.

1227 was built in October 1951, #15071, as 1873, TR5. It was rebuilt and numbered 1227 at Omaha on December 30, 1981. It was retired on May 14, 1996, and sold to Ohio Central as 1227 in June 1997. It was later sold to Spartan Steel Coating as 1227.

1230 was built in April 1953, #17813, as 1833, SW9. It was rebuilt at Omaha on February 10, 1982, as 1230 and retired on July 14, 1998,  It was sold to Connell Finance in July 1998 and sold as Saltair D.S.9 in January 2000.

1234 was built in September 1951, #15070, as 1872, TR5. It was rebuilt and numbered at Omaha on June 30, 1982. It was retired on July 14, 1998, and sold to Coast Rail Services that same month.

1269 was built in April 1951, #12552, as Missouri Pacific 9170, SW9.  It was renumbered 1232 in 1962 and came to Great Southwest RR about 1979. It was later returned to the Mopac and then rebuilt at Omaha on October 30, 1984, as UP 1269. It was retired on July 14, 1998, and sold to Ferrocarril Mexicano as 1269.

1270 was built in April 1951, #12552, as Mopac 9171, SW9. It was renumbered 1233 in 1962 and came to GSW about 1979. It was later returned to the MoPac and then rebuilt at Omaha on November 14, 1984, as UP 1270. It was retired on April 12, 1997, and sold to Mid-Am Equipment inJune 1997. It was then sold to North American Fly Ash Co as 1270.

1272 was built in June 1952, #16638, as Western Pacific 603, Class S-62,.  It was retired in September 1983 and rebuilt as UP 1272 on November 30, 1984.  It was retired on October 7, 1996, It was sold to Quality Aggregate Co on October 29, 1997.

1273 was built in June 1952, #16679, as WP 605, Class S-62, SW9.   It was retired in September 1983.  It was rebuilt as UP 1273 on December 22, 1984, and retired on October 7, 1996.  It was sold to Helm Financial Corp in February 1997.  It was sold as Texas Rock Crusher RR 97.  It was transferred as Texas Gonzales & Northern Ry 97 and was renumbered 105.

1274 was built in July 1952, #16680, as WP 606, Class S-62, and was rebuilt as UP 1274 of December 20, 1984. It was retired on February 6, 1990 and was later sold to South East Kansas RR as 1274 in October 1991..
