5101, Class GF423-1, was built in June 1980, #42980. It was assigned Union Pacific 186 but retired on August 2, 2007. .It was rebuilt by Railpower as a RP20GE and became UPY2695 on June 25, 2007.
5102, Class GP423-1, was built in June 1980, #42981. It became UP 187 on January 24, 2002, and retired on April 15, 2007. It was rebuilt by Railpower as a RP20GE and became UPY2639 on March 29, 2007.
5103, Class GF423-1, was built in June 1980, #42982. It became UP 188 on February 15, 2002, and retired on December 29, 2008.
5105, Class GF423-1, was built in June 1980, #42984. It became UP 189 on April 22, 2001, and retired on March 7, 2007.
5107, Class GF423-1, was built in June 1980, #42986. It was assigned UP 191 but was retired on October 31, 2002. It was converted as UPY 162, Control Car Remote Control Locomotive on May 29, 2004, and retired on February 29, 2012.
