General Motors SD40, SD40A Diesels
5414, Class DRF-30x, was built in July 1971, #A2555, as Quebec North Shore & Labrador 218, Class DRS30. It was later sold to CP.
5542, Class DRF-30b, was built in February 1967, #A2187, as was upgraded to -2 standards.
6400 was built in June 1970, #35495, as Kansas City Southern 622. It was sold to Soo Line as 622 in August 1986 and then renumbered 6400. It later became CP 6400. It was rebuilt by Alstom in 2000 as GEC-Alstom 3095.
6406, SD40A, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1970, #35685, as Illinois Central Gulf 6019. It went to Helm Leasing as 5019 in 1985 and then to Soo as 6406. It later became CP 6406.
6408, SD40A, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1970, #35687, as ICG 6021. It went to Helm as 5021 in 1985 and then to Soo Line as 6408. It later became CPR 6408.
