730, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1949, #6405, as New York Central 599, Class DES-5c. It was renumbered 8425, Class ES-6, in 1966 and became Penn Central 8425, Class ES-6, in 1968. It was sold to Amtrak as 243 in 1976 and was later renumbered 730. It later became WTCo 730 and then was sold to Hartwell Ry as 7.
