100, Class 100, was built in May 1990, #866063-1, FN 866063-1.  It became Burlington Northern Santa Fe , Class GP60M, on August 23, 1996.

101, Class 100, was built in May 1990, #866063-2, FN 866063-2.  It became BNSF 101, Class GP60M, on August 21, 1996, and wrecked at Niota, IL, on July 17, 1998.  It was rebuilt by Livingston Rebuild Center in March 1999.

102, Class 100, was built in May 1990, #866063-3, FN 866063-3.  It became BNSF 102, Class GP60M, on September 22, 1995.

103, Class 100, was built in May 1990, #866063-4, FN 866063-4.  It became BNSF 103, Class GP60M, on August 12, 1996.

104, Class 100, was built in July 1990, #886063-5, FN 866063-5.  It became BNSF 104, Class GP60M, in May 2001.
