7950, Class EF-20, was built in May 1972, #7354-11. It became Conrail 7950, Class GP38-2, in April 1976. It went to GM as 750 in July 1987. It went to UP as 1915 on October 19, 1997, and was renumbered 415 on February 26, 2001.
