5946, Class SD60, was built in August 1986, #867147-1, FN 867147-1, as C&NW 8001.  It became UP 5946, Class SD60, on April 11, 1997, and retired on January 4, 2002.  It became Citigroup Railmark Inc 5946 and sold as Helm 5946.  It was sold as Norfolk Southern 6510, Class SD60, in May 2011 and retired on December 27, 2913.  It rebuilt as 7012, Class SD60E, in December 2015 ..
