The Class 4 Mikes were very similar to the large Class 1s and also the Class 2s. They were built by Kawasaki between 1939 and 1942 according to Peter Clark's information and were numbered 1 thru 24. It is obvious that a number went to North Korea as I have the photo of the 9 spot after it was "liberated" and dragged into Yongsan for scavenging. I also got the 23 in service.
