4002, fuel tender, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1958, #23530, as Chicago Milwaukee St Paul & Pacific 2371, Class 17.5E-RS. It was renumbered 263 in 1959 and rebuilt in October 1973 as 949, Class 20E-RS. It was assigned Soo Line 4303 in 1985, but was rebuilt as fuel tender 4002 in November 1987.
4003, fuel tender, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1958, #23527, as CMStP&P 2368, Class 17.5E-RS. It was renumbered 260 in 1959. In October 1973 it was rebuilt as 946, Class 20E-RS. It was assigned Soo Line 4300, but was rebuilt as fuel tender 4003 in July 1986.
