This company is a cooperative of many smaller companies.

5, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1964, #29646, FN 4469-9, as Southern Pacific 1605, Class DS-123.  It was renumbered 2270, Class ES412-4, in 1966 and later sold as FLFX 5 in 1995.  It was resold as Archer-Daniels-Midland 1003.

205, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1951, #14985, FN 6324-1, as Galveston Wharves RR 205.  It was sold as FLFX 205.

12001, NW2u, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1942, #1696, FN E476-11, as Union Pacific 1035, Class NW2.  It was sold to Industrial Maintenance Service on September 30, 1976, and updated.  It was sold as Ford Motor Co 12001 and later sold as FLEX as 12001.  It later became ADM 12001.

Equity Export Corp.

98, S2, was built by Alco in December 1945, #74349, as Houston Belt & Terminal RR 15.  It was sold as EECorp 98.

Union Equity Cooperative Grain Corp.

102, S1, was built by Alco in October 1941, #69596, as Spokane Portland & Seattle 10. In 1980 it became City of Prineville Ry 102 and was later sold to Far-Mar Co as 102. This later was absorbed by UECG.

No number, 25 Ton, was built by Plymouth.

Union Equity Grain Corp.

2, RS3, was built in January 1955, #80761, as Missouri Pacific 4504.  It was renumbered 977 in 1962  and sold as Bauxite & Northern RR 13.  It was sold as Union Equity Grain Co 2 and sold to Vintage Locomotives Co.  It was sold to Arkansas Railroad Museum in 2007 but was damaged in a switching accident at Deer Park, TX.  It was scrapped.

97. S2, was built by Alco in November 1945, #74348, as HB&T 14.  It was sold as Union Equity Corp 97 and restored as HB&T 14 in 2001.
