6651 was built in June 1968, #34042, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 1906, Class 1900. It became 5906, Class 5900, in 1970, and was rebuilt at San Bernardino in May 1982 as 5956, Class 5950. It was retired in May 1995 and became WCLtd 6651 on June 16, 1995.
