PRR 5265 was built in February 1973, #72627-13, as Penn Central 8052, Class EF-20. It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 8052, Class GP38-2, in April 1976 and later became NS PRR 5265.
PRR 5307 was built in February 1973, #72627-84, as PC 8123, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 8123, Class GP38-2, in April 1976 and later became NS PRR 5307.
PRR 5367 was built in September 1978, #787147-10, as Conrail 8233, Class GP38-2, and later became NS PRR 5367. It was sold to Belt Railway of Chicago as 581.
PRR 5391 was built in June 1979, #787192-21, as Conrail 8276, Class GP38-2, and later became PRR 5391.
