201, S2, was built by Alco in September 1944, #72820, as Southern Ry 2215.  It was later sold as NI&W 201.

375, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1968, #33857, FN 7993-54, as Pennsylvania RR 6233, Class EF-36.  It became Penn Central 6233, Class EF-36, in 1968 and the Consolidated Railroad Corp 6233, Class SD-45.  It was sold to Chicago & North Western as 6556 on March 31, 1983, and retired in 1994.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment in June 1994 and sold as Montana Rail-Link 375.  It was transferred to I&M Rail Link as 375 and returned to MRL.  It was sold as NI&W 375.

629, RS18C, was built by Montreal in August 1966, #M3460-02, as Pacific Great Eastern 629.  It became British Columbia Rail 629.  It was rebuilt with Caterpillar power.  It was sold as NIWX 629 in April 2009 via J&L Consulting.  It is on lease.

800, SC15A-3, was built by PLW in December 1994, as Peoria & Pekin Union Ry 800.  It became Tazewell & Peoria RR 800 in 2004 and sold to Northern Illinois & Western as NIWX 800 and sold to J&L Consulting as JLCX 800.

801, SC15A-3, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1949, #6564, FN E1009-A2, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 9402A, TR2A.  It became Burlington Northern 550, in 1970 and retired in May 1983.  It was sold to Independent Locomotive Service and resold as Citizens Gas & Coke Co 550.  It was rebuilt by Peoria Locomotive Works as Peoria & Pekin Union Ry 801, SC15A-3, and became Tazwell & Peoria RR 801 in 2004.  It was sold as NIWX 801 and resold as JLCX 801.

815, GP30, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1963, #28309, FN 7653-6, as Chicago & North Western 815. It was retired and sold as Fox River Valley RR 815. The FRV was merged in July 1998 by Wisconsin Central Ltd as 2252. It was sold as NI&W 2252 and renumbered 815.

907, GP9, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1959, #25439, as Kansas City Southern 165. It was renumbered 4165 in January 1973 and became Kiamichi RR 907 in January 1990.  It was taken over by Staterail on January 22, 1997, and sold to LRS Companies as LRSX 907 in December 2001.  It was resold as Blackwell & Northern Ry 907 and sold as NIWX 907 in July 2005.    It was leased to Frick Services.

1228, SD18, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1961, #26656, as Reserve Mining Co 1228.  It became Northshore Mining Co 1228 and sold as Trinity Industries Leasing 1228 and resold as NI&W 1228.  It was leased to Heartland Coop in September 2004.

1317, GP7, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1952, #17467, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2812, Class 2650. It was rebuilt by Cleburne in August 1977 and rebuilt as 2102, Class 2050. It was later Burlington Northern Santa Fe 1317, Class GP-7, in January 10, 1997. It was sold as Trinity Industries Leasing 1317 and resold as NI&W 1317.  It was sold to Elkhart Grain Co in August 2002.

1617, GP7, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1953, #18977, FN 5312-9, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 261. It became Burlington Northern 1617, Class GP-7, in 1970.  It was retired in August 1983 and sold as Great Western Ry 1617 in September 1983.  It was sold as Lake County RR 1617 in 1996 and sold to Western Rail as WRIX 1617.  It was sold as NIWX 1617 in 2010.

2000, GP35Cat, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1964, #29476, FN 7743-1, as Louisville & Nashville 1111, Class GP-35.  It later became Seaboard System 1111 and renumbered 4308.  It became CSX Transportation 4308, Class GP-35 and rebuilt by Republic Locomotive Works in August 1992, #492J300, as UP20.  It was leased to Union Pacific on April 12, 1993, and returned on November 17, 1993.  It was sold to Georgetown RR and returned as Letourneau Inc LETX 20.  It was sold to Diesel Locomotive Co.  It was rebuilt as Peoria Locomotive Works  2000 and became P&PU 2000.  It became TZPR 2000 in 2004.  It was sold as NIWX 2000 and resold as JLCX 2000.

2581, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1970, #35759, as Saint Louis South-Western 2581, Class ES415C-3. It was assigned as Union Pacific as 1155, but retired on January 29, 1999. It was sold as NI&W 2581.

2891, SD40T-2, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1975, #756047-7, FN 756047-7, as Denver Rio Grande & Western 5362, Class EF630D-2. It became Union Pacific 4049, Class SD40T-2, on March 19, 1999, and was renumbered 8619 on April 16, 2000. It became 2891 on January 9, 2007.  It was sold to Western Rail Inc as WRIX 2891 in 2010 and resold as NIWX 2891 in 2012.

4215, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1967, #31949, as Erie Mining Co 700.  It was renumbered 7250  in 1970 and renumbered 4215.  It became LTV Steel Mining Co 4215 in 1985.  It was sold as NI&W 4215 and sold as Aberdeen & Rockfish RR 405.

7358, SD40u, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1966, #31528, as Southern Pacific 8447, Class EF630-1.  It was rebuilt as 7358, Class EF630R-1, in March 1981 and retired on December 19, 2001.  It was sold as NI&W 7358 and sold as Nebraska Northeastern RR 7358.  It was renumbered 113.

8924, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1971, #37715, FN 5784-1, as Seaboard Coast Line 2024.  It became Seaboard System 2024 in January 1983 and then renumbered 8924 in 1984.  It later became CSX Transportation 8924, Class SD-45, in April 1986.  It was sold to VMV Enterprises as 8924 and sold to Montana Rail-Link as 8924.  It was transferred as I&M Rail-Link 8924 and returned to MRL.  It was sold as NI&W 8924 in 2007.

9020, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1952, #16406, as Illinois Central 8851.  It was rebuilt at Paducah in December 1969 as IC 7851 and sold as Iowa Interstate 7851 and renumbered 451.  It was sold to South Central Florida Express as SCXF 451 and renumbered 9020 in 1996.  It was sold as N&IW 9020.  It was leased to Frick Services.

9251, NW2, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1947, #5039, as Detroit Terminal RR 109.  It was rebuilt in February 1981 and became Consolidated Railroad Corp 9199, Class NW-2, in October 1981.  It was sold as Juniata Terminal 9251 and later sold as N&IW 9251.
