This group of locomotives was built by Baldwin between 1901 and 1905. They were numbers 221 thru 254 until the 1938 renumbering when they became 1 thru 23. Apparently one of them did not make it until the renumbering. This information is from Peter Clark. James Heffner's list shows a total of 279 2-6-2Ts of all classes. 169 went to South Korea and 110 to North Korea at the division in 1947.
