4805 was built in January 1975, #73674-7, as Southern Pacific 9350, Class EF636-15. It was rebuilt as 6840, Class EF636LR-8 in May 1988, and became UP 4805 on March 18, 1999. It was renumbered 2837 on November 9, 2001.
(4833), was built in May 1972, #72601-35, as SP 9243, Class EF636-9. It was assigned UP 4833 in September 1997 but it was retired and sold to CIT Financial as 9243 on June 15, 1999.
(4858) was built in May 1972, #72601-42, as SP 9250, Class EF636-9. It was assigned UP 4858 in September 1997, but was retired on June 30, 1999.
