Slugs
3953, Class Slug, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1946, #2744, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 17B, Class 16, a F3B. It was rebuilt in March 1972 as 104, Class 101. It was renumbered 1104, Class 1101, in 1989 and later became BNSF 3953, Class Slug, on March 7, 2000.
3958, Class Slug, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1960, #25584, as AT&SF 1111. Class 1100, a GP20. It became 3111, Class 3100, in 1970 and was rebuilt to 3011, Class 3000, in May 1977. It was later rebuilt at Cleburne to slug 109, Class 101, in October 1983. It was renumbered 1109, Class 1101, on November 19, 1989, and later became BNSF 3958, Class Slug, on September 24, 1998.
3960, Class Slug, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1954, #19146, as Union Pacific 145, a GP9. It was retired in September 20, 1979, and was sold to Naporano Iron & Metal Co. It was sold and rebuilt at Cleburne in September 1980 as AT&SF 116, Class 115. It was renumbered 1116, Class 1115, on September 25, 1989, and became BNSF 3960, Class Slug, in February 2000.
3964, Class Slug, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1953, #18942, as AT&SF 272B, Class 200, a F7B. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in October 1978 as 123, Class 115, and was renumbered 1123, Class 1115, in 1989. It became BNSF 3964, Class Slug, on March 10, 2000.
124, Class 115, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1954, #19210, as UP 134-B, a GP9B. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in March 1980 as 124, Class 115. It was renumbered 1124, Class 1115, on July 22, 1989, and became BNSF 3965, Class Slug, on April 23, 1997.
