3 was built by Cincinnati Car in 1914 as Ohio Electric Ry 3. It became C&DTCo 3 in 1922 and then CH&DRy as 3 in 1926. It finally became Cincinnati & Lake Erie RR as 3 in 1930. It was scrapped in 1937.
106 was built by Cincinnati Car in 1927. It became C&LE 106 but was given lettering for special cars since it had never been rebuilt for 1-man service.. It was scrapped in 1941.
