3100, Class B23-7, was built as Seaboard Coast Line 5100. It later became Seaboard System 5100 and later became CSX 3100, Class B23-7.
3106. Class B23-7, was built in January 1978, as SCL 5106. It later became SBD 5106 and later became CSX 3106, Class B23-7.
3127, Class B23-7, was built in February 1978, #41736, as Louisville & Nashville 5127, Class B23-7. It later became Seaboard System 5127 and later became CSX 3126, Class B23-7. It was sold to Providence & Worcester as 2214 in 1996.
3128 was built in February 1978, #41737, as L&N 5128, Class B23-7. It later became SBD 5128 and later became CSX 3128, Class B23-7.
