Cars 101 thru 200 and 301 thru 400 

101 thru 150 were built in the company shops in 1934 and 1935 from single truck convertible cars which had been built by Brill. 101 thru 125 were built in 1914 and and 126 thru 150 were built in 1915. They were originally numbered 401 thru 450 and were renumbered in 1918 except for a few which were renumbered the next year.

Completion dates are as follows:

Fall 1934: 131

July 1935: 102, 126, 128, 142, 149, 150

August 1935: 125, 127, 129, 134, 139, 141, 144, 145, 146, 148

September 1935: 124, 132, 135, 137, 143, 147

October 1935: 103, 105, 109, 110, 115, 120, 121, 122, 130, 133

November 1935: 106, 107, 108, 112, 113, 116, 119, 123, 136, 140

December 1935: 101 (built of new materials), 104, 111, 114, 117, 118

111 was scrapped November 17, 1952

125 was scrapped in September 1948.

126 was scrapped November 17, 1952.

128 was scrapped in November 1952.

132 was scrapped in November 1952.

133 was scrapped at an unknown date.

140 was scrapped at an unkown date.

142 was scrapped November 24, 1952.

143 was scrapped in November 1952.

151 thru 200 were also rebuilt in 1934 and 1935 from single truck convertables 1601 thru 1650 which were built by Brill in 1924 except 1601, which was built by TARS. 1605 was not included as it became 1259. 1651 was another 1924 Brill which was renumbered 151 in 1930 and included in the rebuilding program. 151 thru 170 were sold to Lima Peru, in January 1947. 179, 181, 182, 183, 185, 186, 187, 189, and 192 were sold to Bombay, India, in February 1949. There they were narrowed by 11", two motors removed, and the doors removed.

Completion dates are as follows:

Later 1934: 155, 156 (new materials), 200

Early 1935: 151 thru 154, 157 thru 199.

 

168 was sold to Lima in January 1947.

200 was scrapped at an unknown date.

301 thru 400 were built in the company shops in 1935, 1936, and 1937 from all new materials.

Completion dates are as follows:

December 1935: 351, 352

Early 1936: 321 thru 330, 353 thru 390

Late 1936: 301 thru 308, 311 thru 320, 331 thru 350, 391 thru 400

June 1937: 309, 310

301 was scrapped at an unknown date.

304 was scrapped in November 1952.

312 was scrapped November 25, 1952.

315 was scrapped November 25, 1952.

316 was scrapped in November 1952.

320 was scrapped at an unknown date.

322 was scrapped in November 1952.

324 was scrapped in November 1952.

326 was scrapped in November 1952.

327 was scrapped at an unknown date.

328 was scrapped at an unknown date.

329 was sold to Harlem Scrap Metal and scrapped at their plant in the Bronx in November 1952. Take note of the Packard advertisement.

343 was scrapped on November 17, 1952.

344 was scrapped in November 1952.

352 was scrapped at an unknown date.

357 was scrapped on November 17, 1952.

362 was scrapped at an unknown date.

367 was scrapped on November 25, 1952.

372 was scrapped in November 1952.

377 was scrapped on November 24, 1952.

378 was scrapped on November 18, 1952.

384 was scrapped at an unknown date.

386 was scrapped on November 24, 1952.

387 was scrapped at an unknown date.

400 was scrapped in November 1952.
