No number, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1950, #12257, as Illinois Central 8950. It was rebuilt at Paducah in November 1969 as 7950 and sold to Precision National Corp in January 1984. It was then sold to AT with no number and later to Respondex Rail Corp as 7950.
