4221, GP30, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1963, #28503, as Chesapeake & Ohio 3027, Class MRSE-30.  It was reclassified as Class GP-30 in 1964 and rebuilt later as Class GP-30M.  It was renumbered 4221 and then became CSX Transportation 4221, Class GP-30M.  It was sold to Transdynamic as 4221 and then to Ohio Central RR as 4221.
