Alco Diesel Road Switchers

2050, C430, Class AF-30, was built in December 1967, #3494-01.  It became Penn Central 2050, Class AF-30, in 1968 and Consolidated Railroad Corp 2050, Class C-430, in April 1976.  It was sold as New York Susquehanna & Western 3000 in 1982 and then as Western NewYork & Pennsylvania 430.

2051, C430, Class AF-30, was built in December 1967, #3494-02.  It became PC 2051, Class AF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 2051, Class C-430, in April 1976.  It was sold to NYS&W in January 1983 and became 3004.  It was scrapped in 1989.

2052, C430, Class AF-30, was built in December 1967, #3494-03.  It became PC 2052, Class AF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 2052, Class C-430 in April 1976.  It was sold to NYS&W in January 1983 and became 3002.  It was scrapped in 1989.

2053, C430, Class AF-30, was built in December 1967, #3494-04.  It became PC 2053, Class AF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 2053, Class C-430, in April 1976.  It was sold as  Morristown & Erie 17 in 1983 and then as Livonia Avon & Lakeville 17 in May 2001.  It was renumbered 431 and assigned as WNY&P 431.

2054, C430, Class AF-30, was built  in December 1967, #3494-05.  It became PC 2054, Class AF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 2054, Class C-430, in April 1976,  It was sold as M&E 16 in August 1982 and then as LA&L 16 in May 2001.

2055, C430, Class AF-30, was built in December 1967, #3494-06.  It became PC 2055, Class AF-30, in1968 and Conrail 2055, Class C-430, in April 1976.  It was sold as NYS&W in January 1983 and became 3008.  It was scrapped in 1986.

8000, RS11, Class DRS-10a, was built in June 1957, #82361.  It was renumbered 7600, Class ARS-18, in 1966, and became PC 7600, Class ARS-18, in 1968.  It became Conrail 7600, Class RS-11, in April 1976.

8005, RS11, Class DRS-10a, was built in July 1957, #82366.  It was renumbered 7605, Class ARS-18a, in 1966 and became PC 7605, Class ARS-18, in 1968.  It became Conrail 7605, Class RS-11, in April 1976.

8006, RS11, Class DRS-10a, was built in July 1957, #82367.  It was renumbered 7606, Class ARS-18a, in 1966 and became PC 7606, Class ARS-18, in 1968.  It became Conrail 7606, Class RS-11, in April 1976.

8010, RS11, was built in March 1960, #83505.  It was refused in January 1961 and sold as Delaware & Hudson 5001, Class ARS-18.  It was scrapped.

8011, RS11, was built in March 1960, #83506,.  It was sold as D&H 5002, Class ARS-18, in January 1961, and was sold to National Railway Equipment in 1993.  It was scrapped.

8013, RS11, was built in March 1950, #83535.  It was sold as D&H 5004, Class ARS-18, in January 1961 and rebuilt in 1973.  It was scrapped.

8014, RS11, was built in March 1960, #83536.  It was sold as D&H 5005, Class ARS-18, in January 1961, and later scrapped.

8021, RS32, Class DRS-12a, was built in June 1961, #83982.  It was renumbered 2021, Class AF-20, in 1966, and became PC 2021, Class AF-20, in 1968.  In April 1976 it became Conrail 2021, Class DF-721.  It was traded in to General Electric, who sold it to Diesel Supply Co.  In October 1979 it was sold to Chicago & North Western and became 4247 on December 31, 1979.  It was retired on July 15, 1986, and traded in to Electro-Motive in August.  It was scrapped at St Louis Auto Shredding.

8022, RS32, Class DRS-12a, was built in June 1961, #83983.  It was renumbered 4022, Class AF-20 in 1966, and became Conrail 2022, Class AF-20, in 1968.  In April 1976 it became Conrail 2022, Class DL-721.  It was traded in to General Electric, who sold it to Diesel Supply Co.  In October 1979 it was sold to C&NW and became 4243 on November 18, 1979.  It was retired on July 28, 1986, and traded in to Electro-Motive in August.  It was scrapped at St Louis Auto Shredding.

8024, RS32, Class DRS-12a, was built in June 1961, #83985.  It was renumbered 2024, Class AF-20, and became PC 2024, Class AF-20, in 1968.  In April 1976 it became Conrail 2024, Class DL-721.  It was traded in to General Electric, who sold it to Diesel Supply Co.  In October 1979 it was sold to C&NW and became 4242 on November 12, 1979.  It was retired on July 15, 1986, and traded in Electro-Motive in August.  It was scrapped at St Louis Auto Shredding.

8031, RS32, Class DRS-12a, was built in June 1961, #83992. It was renumbered 2031, Class AF-20, in 1966 and became PC 2031, Class AF-20 in 1968. It then became Conrail 2031, Class DL-721 in April 1976, and later was sold to Maryland & Delaware as 42. It went to Arkansas & Missouri as 42 in February 1986.

8034, RS32, Class DRS-12a, was built in June 1961, #83995. It was renumbered 2034, Class AF-20, and became PC 2034, Class AF-20, in 1968. In April 1976 it became Conrail 2034, Class DL-721. It was traded in to General Electric, who sold it to Diesel Supply Co. In October 1979 it was sold to C&NW and became 4246 on December 14, 1979. It was retired on July 18, 1986, and traded in to Electro-Motive in August. It was scrapped at St. Louis Auto Shredding.

8038, RS32, Class DRS-12b, was built in June 1962, #84038.  It was renumbered 2038, Class AF-20, and became PC 2038, Class AF-20, in 1968.  In April 1976 it became Conrail 2038, Class DL-721.  It was traded in to Genera Electric, who sold it to Diesel Supply Co.  In October 1970 it was sold to C&NW and became 4241 on November 12, 1979.  It was retired on July 15, 1986, and traded in to Electro-Motive in August. 8203, RS2, was built in February 1950, #77916, as Green Bay & Western 303. It was sold to Railroad Builders as 303 on January 14, 1978, and resold to Ann Arbor RR as 303 in 1979. It was later restored as NYC 8203.

8219, RS2, Class DRSP-2c. was built in February 1950, #77910.  It was rebuilt as Class DRS-2c and became 5219, Class ARS-15 in 1966.  It was retired in 1966.

8223, RS3, Class DRSP-6a, was built in August 1950, #78080. It was rebuilt as Class DRS-6a, and became 5223, Class ARS-16, in 1966 and PC 5223, Class ARS-16, in 1968. In 1976 it became Amtrak 100, and was later restored as NYC 8223, Class DRS-6a.

8224, RS3, Class DRSP-6a, was built in August 1950, #78081.  It was rebuilt as Class DRS-6a, and became 5224, Class ARS-16, in 1966 and PC 5224, Class ARS-16, in 1968.  It was retired on April 14, 1971.

8246, RS3, Class DRS-6b, was built in May 1951, #78862. It became 5246, Class ARS-16, in 1966 and PC 5246, Class ARS-16, in 1968. In 1976 it became Amtrak 104 and rebuilt in 1984.  It was sold as Shoreline Locomotive Co 6055 and resold as Connecticut Central RR 1201.  It was sold as Providence & Worcester 120 in 1991 and sold as  Cape Cod Central RR 1201 in 2001.  It was scrapped in September 2011.

8247, RS3, Class DRSP-6c, was built in May 1951, #78863.  It was renumbered 5520, Class ARS-16s, in 1966 and became PC 5520, Class ARS-17s, in 1968.

8250, RS3, Class DRSP-6c, was built in June 1951, #78866.  It was renumbered 5523, Class ARS-16s, in 1966 and later became PC 5523, Class ARS-16s, in 1968.

8255, RS3, Class DRSP-6c, was built in June 1951, #78871.  It was renumbered 5504, Class ARS-16s, in 1966 and later became PC 5504, Class ARS-16s, in 1968.  It became Amtrak 127 in 1976 and sold to an individual for the Midland Ry.  It was restored as NYC 8255.

8258, RS3, Class DRSP-6c, was built in June 1951, #78874.  It was renumbered 5526, Class ARS-16s, in 1966 and later became PC 5526, Class ARS-16s, in 1968.  It was rebuilt on December 31, 1973, as 9955, Class ARS-12.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 9955. Class RS-3M, in April 1976 and was sold for scrap to Naporano Iron & Metal Co

8263, RS3,Class DRSP-6c, was built in June 1951, #78879.  It was reclassified as Class DRS-6c and renumbered 5263, Class ARS-16, in 1966.  It became PC 5263, Class ARS-16, in 1968 and became Amtrak 106 in 1976.  It was rebuilt at New Haven in July 1981.

8268, RS3, Class DRSP-6c, was built in May 1951, #78905.  It was renumbered 5510, Class ARS-16s, in 1966 and later became PC 5510, Class ARS-16s, in 1968.

8270, RS3, Class DRSP-6c, was built in June 1951, #78907.  It was renumbered 5512, Class ARS-16s, in 1966 and later became PC 5512, Class ARS-16s, in 1968.  It became Amtrak 131 in June 1976 and scrapped in 1985.

 

8272, RS3, Class DRSP-6c, was built in May 1951, #78909.  It was rebuilt as Class DRS-6c and renumbered 5272, Class ARS-16, in 1966.  It became PC 5272, Class ARS-16, in1968 and retired on October 22, 1969.

8289, RS3, Class DRSP-6c, was built by Alco in June 1951, #78917.  It was renumbered 5521, Class ARS-16s, in 1966 and became PC 5521, Class ARS-16s, in 1968.  It became Amtrak 134 in June 1976 and sold as Octoraro Ry 6 in December 1985.

8332, RS3, Class DRSP-2g, was built in May 1952, #79893.  It was reclassified Class DRS-6g.  It was renumbered 5332, Class ARS-16, in 1966 and became PC 5332, Class ARS-16, in 1968.  It became Conrail 5332, Class RS-3, in April 1976 and rebuilt in April 1979 as 9933, Class RS-3M.  It was retired April 9, 1985.

8341, RS3, Class DRSP-6g, was built in May 1952, #79900.  It was reclassified as Class DRS-6g and renumbered 5341, Class ARS-16, in 1966.  It became PC 5341, Class ARS-16, in 1968 and later retired.
