Strasburg RailRoad

 

1 was built by Plymouth in October 1926.

7 was built as an electric locomotive by General Electric in March 1915, #5068, as University of Michigan no number. In 1949 it was sold to the Warwick Ry as100 who rebuilt it as a diesel switcher 100 in 1954. In August 1959 it became Strasburg RR 100. It was rebuilt in 1960 as 7 and retired in November 1963. It was scrapped in 1977 and parts were sold to the Middletown & Hummelstown RR.

10 is lettered for Lancaster Oxford & Southern. It served for several years in the 1970s on the Wolfborough RR in New Hampshire.

20 was built by Brill-Mack in November 1921, #21368, 60005, as Lewisburg Milton & Watsonburg Passenger Ry. 20. On November 30, 1928, it became Pennsylvania RR 4738. On January 14, 1931, it was sold to the Artemus-Jellico Ry as 1. In 1941 it became Buffalo Creek & Gauley "A". It was sold ub Milton in 1967 and came to the Strasburg as 20 in 1977.

31 was built by Baldwin in 1908, #32894, as Grand Trunk 118. It was later renumbered 1708. In 1923 it became Canadian National 7157. It was renumbered 7240, and then renumbered again to 7312. It was purchased by Strasburg in 1960 and the middle digits became its number.

33, 44 Ton, was built by General Electric in 1948 as Pennsylvania RR 9331.

89 was built by Canadian Locomotive Co in 1910, #922, as Grand Trunk 1017, Class E-8. It was later rebuilt as 1009 Class E-12, and became Canadian National 911, Class E-10-a, in 1923. It was renumbered 89 and sold to the Green Mountain RR as 89 on April 1, 1965. In 1972 it was sold to Strasburg.

90 was built by Baldwin in June 1924, #57812, as Great Western Ry 90. It came east in 1967 from Colorado.

475 was built by Baldwin in 1906, #28343, and was formerly Norfolk & Western 475, Class M.

Thomas the Tank Engine 1 was built by H K Porter in March 1917, #5966, as Mesta Machine Works 4.  It was sold as Brooklyn Eastern District Terminal 15 and sold as South Appalachia Ry 15 in 1965.  It was sold as Toledo Lake Erie & Western 15 in 1975 and rebuilt at SRR as Thomas the Tank Engine 1 in 1998.

150 is a hopper.

05 iw a tank car.

This Differential dump car lost its number.
