25 was built by Alco-General Electric October 1912, #51067, #3806, as Oregon Electric Ry. 5. It was renumbered 25 in August 1914, and became UIC 25 in 1945. In 1947 it was sold to the Piedmont & Northern RR and renumbered 5106. It was scrapped in 1951.
904 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in May 1917, #45657. It was sold as Cornwall Street Ry 2nd 12 in April 1948. It is now preserved at The Shore Line Trolley Museum.
