Y2319 was built by General Electric in April 1978, #41876, as Southern Pacific 7818, Class GF430-2, B30-6. It became UP 7818 on October 22, 2001, and retired on February 28, 2005. It was rebuilt by Motive Power Industries for Railpower as a GG20GE and became UPY2319 on September 28, 2006.
