It was retired in January 1990 and sold to Precision National and rebuilt as Conrail 6961, Class SD40-2E.  It was sold to Norfolk Southern as PRR 3425 in 1999 and relettered as NS 3425, Class SD40-2.

3426, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1966, #32103, FN 7914-3, as KCS 602, a SD40.  It was sold to Precision National and rebuilt as Conrail 6962, Class SD40-2E.  It was sold to Norfolk Southern as PRR 3426 in 1999 and became NS 3426, Class SD40-2.

3427, Class SD40-2. was built in November 1966, #32107, FN 7914-7, as KCS 606, a SD40.  It was sold to Precision National and rebuilt as Conrail 6964, Class SD40-2E.  It was sold to NS as PRR 3427 and relettered as NS 3427, Class SD40-2, in 1999.

3429, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1966, #32113, FN 7914-13, as KCS 612, a SD40. It was sold to Precision National and rebuilt as Conrail 6966, Class SD40-2E.  It was sold to NS as PRR 3429 in 1999 and relettered as NS 3429, Class SD40-2.

3430, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1966, #32114, FN 7914-14, as KCS 613, a SD40. It was sold to Precision National and rebuilt as Conrail 6967, Class SD40-2E.  It was sold to NS as PRR 3430 in 1999 and relettered as NS 3430, Class SD40-2.

3431, Class SD40-2, was built in August 1968, #33964, FN 7098-1, as KCS 620, a SD40. It was sold to Precision National and rebuilt as Conrail 6970, Class SD40-2E.  It was sold to NS as PRR 3431 in 1999 and relettered as NS 3431, Class SD40-2.

3445, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1967, #33163, FN 7998-4, as Baltimore & Ohio 7484, Class SD-40.  It was transferred as Central RR of New Jersey 3064, Class SD-40, on December 15, 1967, and became Conrail 6287, Class SD-40, in April 1976.  It was rebuilt at Juniata as 6996, Class SD40-2E, on November 15, 1993, and became NS PRR 3445, Class SD40-2, on April 20, 1999.

3446, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1966, #31333, FN 7862-49, as Pennsylvania RR, 6088, Class EF-30A, a SD40.  It became Penn Central 6088, Class EF-30A, and became Conrail 6341, Class SD-40, in April 1976.  It was rebuilt at Juniata in December 1993 as 6997, Class SD40-2E, and sold to NS as PRR 3446 in 1999.  It became NS 3446, Class SD40-2.

3448 Class SD-40, was built in December 1970, #36908, FN 7290-13, as PC 6252, Class EF-30A.  It became Conrail 6252, Class SD-40, in April 1976 and rebuilt in July 1993 as 6948,  Class SD40-2E.  It became NS PRR 3448, Class SD40-2, in 1999.

3468, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3918, FN C423-4, as Burlington Northern 7209, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as Burlington Northern Santa Fe 7209, Class SD40-2, but sold to First Union Rail as FURX 7209 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3468, Class SDS40-2, on September 17, 2012.

3469, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3919, FN C423-5, as BN 7210, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7210, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7210 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3469, Class SD40-2, on September 17, 2012.

3471, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3925, FN C423-11, as BN 7216, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7216, Class SD40-2, in May 2001, and sold as FURX 7216 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3471, Class SD40-2, on October 9, 2012.

3472, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3926, FN C423-12, as BN 7217, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7217, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7217 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3472, Class SD40-2, on October 9, 2012.

3487, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-66, FN 786252-66, as Colorado & Southern 7933, Class SD40-2.  It became BN 7933, Class SD40-2 in January 1982.  It was assigned as BNSF 7933, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7933 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3487, Class SD40-2, on October 17, 2012.

3488, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-68, FN 786252-68, as C&S 7935, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7935, Class SD40-2, and in November 1999 it became BNSF 7935, Class SD40-2.  It was sold as FURX 7935 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3488, Class SD40-2, on October 17, 2012.

3489, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1980, #786256-40, FN 786256-40, as BN 8129, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 8129, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 8129 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3489, Class SD40-2, on October 23, 2012.

3490, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1980, #786256-42, FN 786256-42, as BN 8131, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 8131, Class SD40-2, but retired in February 2002.  It was sold as FURX 8131 in February 2002 and sold as NS 3490, Class SD40-2, on September 17, 2012.

3496, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1978, #786166-46, FN 786166-46, as BN 7120, Class SD40-2.  It was returned to CIT Financial Corp as CEFX 7120 in December 1999 and sold as NS 3496, Class SD40-2, in March 2013.

3502,Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1972, #A2652, FN C349-20, as Canadian National 5608, Class DRF-30h.  It was rebuilt by GEC Alstom as GCFX 3054 and sold as CEFX 3054.  It was sold as NS 3502, Class SD40-2, in July 2013.

3505, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73687-19, FN 73687-19, as Chicago Milwaukee St Paul & Pacific 200, Class 30ERS6.  It became Soo Line 6387 in 1985 and was sold to Helm Leasing Corp as 6387 in July 1989.  It was sold to Dakota Minnesota & Eastern in March 1990 as 6387. It was returned to Helm Leasing and renumbered 6213 in February 1996.  It was sold as NS 3505, Class SD40-2, on December 27, 2013.

3506, SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73687-21, FN 73687-21, as CMStP&P 202, Class 30ER6.  It was renumbered  Soo Line 6388 in 1985.  In July 1989 it was sold as HLCX 6388 and and became DM&E 6388.  It was returned as and renumbered HLCX 6214 in 1996.  It sold as NS 3506, Class SD40-2, on March 1, 2014.

3507, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in February 1975, #A3155, FN C374-43, as Canadian Pacific 5710, Class DF-30m.  Sold as Trona Ry 3007 in 2000 and sold as HLCX 6255 and resold as NS 3507, Class SD40-2, on December 14, 2013.

3508, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1977, #776056-31, FN 776056-31, as Union Pacific 3365, Class SD40-2  It was retired on December 28, 2000.  It was sold as HLCX 6230 and resold as NS 3508, Class SD40-2, on January 5, 2014.

3510, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1977, #776053-8, FN 776053-8, as BN 6794, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 6794, Class SD40-2, on May 21, 1999, and retired in November 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 6794 and resold as NS 3510, Class SD40-2, on December 27, 2013.

3520, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1978, #776109-8, FN 776109-8, as SL-SF 957.  It became BN 6847, Class SD40-2, in December 1980 and became BNSF 6847, Class SD40-2, on March 10, 1999.  It was retired on February 27, 2009, and sold as HLCX 6847.  It was sold as NS 3520, Class SD40-2, on November 30. 2013.
