4045 was built by Brill Car Co in January 1918, #20513. It was sold as Philadelphia Suburban Transportation Co 20 on October 7, 1942, and rebuilt as 25 in 1949. It was scrapped in April 1964.
5308 was built by Brill Car Co in 1932, #21709.
5334 was built by Brill Car Co in 1932, #21709. It was rebuilt as a training car.
