3007, SD40u, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32975, FN 7962-8, as Missouri Pacific 707.  It was renumbered 3007 in March 1974 and later as Union Pacific assigned 4007, Class SD40, in July 1985.  It was retired on October 9, 1992.  It was rebuilt by AMC and rebuilt as HLCX 3007 on March 14, 1994.

3008, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32976, FN 7962-9, as MP 708.  It was renumbered 3008 in March 1974 and later as UP assigned 4008, Class SD40, in July 1985.  It was retired on June 5, 1991, and sold as Helm Leasing 3008.  It was sold as NRE 3008 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on July 25, 1994, as Southern Pacific 8645.  It was assigned Union Pacific 4671, Class SD40M-3, and became UP 2721 on May 29, 2004.  It was returned as NREX 2721.

3009, SD40,  was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32977, FN 7962-10, as MP 709.  It was renumbered 3009 in March 1974 and was assigned UP 4009, Class SD40.  It was retired May 18, 1988, and sold as Helm 3009 on June 28, 1988.  It was sold as NRE 3009 on March 14, 1989, and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on July 27, 1994, as SP 8646.  It was assigned UP 4672 and became UP 2722 on March 14, 2005.

3010, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32978, FN 7962-11, as MP 710.  It was renumbered 3010 in March 1974 and was assigned UP 4010, Class SD40, n July 1985.  It was retiredon October 9, 1992, and sold to Helm on May 2, 1993.  It was overhauled at AMC Montreal as HLCX 3010 on December 16, 1993.  It was rebuilt by Boise Locomotive as HLCX 6058, SD40-3, on August 2, 1996.

3015, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1966, #31429, FN 7865-16, as UP 3015, Class SD40.  It ws retired on October 8, 1992, and sold as HLCX 3015 on May 28, 1993.  It was rebuilt by AMF Montreal on September 1993 and sold as I&M Rail Link 207 in April 1997.  It was retired at Huron SD on March 12, 2003, and sold for parts to National Railway Equipment in 2008.

3020, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1968, #33741, FN 7057-1, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 620.  It became Burlington Northern 3020, Class GP-40, in 1970, and retired in April 1984.  It was sold as Helm 3020 and sold as NRE 3020.  It was rebuilt by VMV Enterprises in June 1994 as Kansas City Southern 4741 and renumbered 2825 in 2006.  It was sold as Locomotive Leasing Partners 9902 and sold as Allegheny Valley RR 4004 in 2011.

3022, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1966, #31436, FN 7865-23, as Union Pacific 3022, SD40.  It was retired on February 9, 1987, and to Helm on January 11, 1988, and sold to NRE on March 14, 1989.  It was leased as NREX 3022  and sold to Morrison-Knudsen and assigned as MKCX 9405 in early 1994.  It was rebuilt by MK Rail completed as a SD40M-2 as Canadian Pacific 5491.

3065, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1966, #32412, FN 7932-13, as Union Pacific 3060.  It was retired on October 8, 1992, and sold to Helm on May 26, 1993.  It was rebuilt by AMF on November 25, 1993, as HLCX 3065, and sold as I&M Rail Link 208 in April 1997.  It was sold as Iowa Chicago & Eastern 208 in 2002.

3072, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1970, #36168, FN 5759-3, as Illinois Central 3072.  It was sold to Helm as 3072 and rebuilt as Amtrak 656. It was later returned to Helm as 656 and later renumbered 4403.  It was sold to WATCo as WAMX 4038.

3074, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1967, #33238, FN 7987-25, as New York Central 3074, Class EF-30.  It became Penn Central 3074, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Consolidated Railroad Corp 3074, Class GP-40, in April 1976.  It was sold as HL 3074 and rebuilt as  Union Pacific 872, GP-40, on February 6, 1989.  It was returned to Helm and rebuilt by Boise on February 8, 1999, as Union Pacific 2543, Class GP38-3.  It was planned as 1043 but returned as HLCX 1043 in 2010.

3077, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1967, #32888, FN 7965-9, as Denver & Rio Grande Western 3077, Class DE B-B 58.  It was reclassified as Class EF430D-2 and retired in August 1995.  It was sold to Progress Rail Services in August 1995.  It was sold to Helm Leasing as HLCX 3077 and renumbered HLCX 806.  It was transferred to Helm Atlantic Leasing as HATX 806.

3101, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1967, #33585, FN 7074-4, as Southern Ry 3108. It was sold to HL as 3101 in October 1987.

3101, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1970, #36120, FN 5755-12, as Cincinnati New Orleans & Texas Pacific (Southern Ry) 3101.  It was retired in February 1987 and sold as EML 3101 in June 1988.  It was sold as HLC 3101 and it was then sold to Wisconsin Central Ltd as 6571.  It was renumbered 6550.  It was retired and scrapped.

3102, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1970, #36121. FN 5755-13, as CNO&TP (Southern) 3102.  It was retired in August 1987 and sold to HL as 3102 in October 1987.

1st 3104, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1970, #36123, FN 5755-15, as CNO&TP (Southern) 3104.  It was retired in August 1987 and sold to Helm as 3104 in October 1987.  It was scrapped by National Railway Equipment in June 1989.

2nd 3104, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33515, FN 7064-25, as New York Central  3104, Class EF-30.  It became Penn Central 3104, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Consolidated Railroad Corp 3104, Class GP-40, on April 1976.  It was sold to Kyle RR as 3104 and later to Helm as 3104. It was rebuilt as as Amtrak 650 and later returned to Helm as 650. It was renumbered 4405 sold to Webb Asset Management as WAMX 4405.  It was renumbered 4042.

3105, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1971, #37911, FN 7324-23, as Union Pacific 3105.  It was retired on October 8, 1992, and sold to Helm on May 26, 1993.  It was rebuilt by AMF as HLCX 3105 on July 16, 1993, and rebuilt by Boise Locomotive on May 21, 1997, as HLCX 6075, SD40M-2.

3108, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33499, FN 7064-9, as NYC 3088, Class EF-30. It became PC 3088, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3088, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Kyle as 3108 and later to Helm as 3108. It was rebuilt as AmrAK 651 and later returned to Helm as 651. It was renumbered 4406 and sold to Webb Asset Management as WAMX 4406.  It was renumbered 4033.

3110, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1968, #34331, FN 7127-50, as  PC 3154, Class EF-30. It became Conrail 3154, Class GP-40, in April 1976, and was later sold to Kyle RR as 3110 in 1985. In 1994 it was sold to Helm and rebuilt at Loveland as 3110, "The Stephen D Whitham". It was later renumbered 4400.

3111, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33504, FN 7064-14, as NYC 3093, Class EF-30.  It became PC 3093, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3093, Class GP-40, in April 1976.  It was sold to Kyle as 3111 and later to Helm as 3111.  It was rebuilt as 4401 and sold as WAMX 4041.

3112, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1967, #33589, FN 7074-8, as Southern Ry 3112. It was sold to HL as 3112 in October 1987 and later sold to VMV Enterprises as 3112.

3112, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1968, #34342, FN 7127-61, as Penn Central 3165, Class EF-30. It became Conrail 3165, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and sold as Conrail Leasing Co 3165.  It later was sold as Arkansas & Missouri as 62 and then was sold to Kyle RR as 3112. It was later sold to Helm as 3112 and was rebuilt as Boise in October 1996. It then was sold as Dakota Minnesota & Eastern 3835 "City of Tyler", GP38-3, on October 4, 1996.

3116, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33494, FN 7064-4, as New York Central 3083, Class EF-30. It became PC 3083, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3083, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Arkansas & Missouri as 3083 and then sold to Kyle RR as 3116. It was sold to Helm as 3116 and rebuilt as Amtrak 654 and later returned to Helm as 654. It was later renumbered 4407 and sold as Webb Asset Management 4043.

3117, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33501, FN 7064-11, as NYC 3090, Class EF-30.  It became PC 3090, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3090, Class GP-40, in April 1976.  It was sold to Kyle as 3117 and later to Helm as 3117.  It was rebuilt as Amtrak 655 and later returned to Helm as 655.  It was renumbered 4414 and became WAMX 4046.

3144, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1967, #33566, FN 7077-23, as Southern Ry 3144.

3164, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1970, #36113, FN 5755-5 as Southern Ry 3164.

3201, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive.  It was apparently a Kaiser Corp. locomotive.

3203, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive, as Kaiser International LM002.  It was sold as HLCX 3203 and sold to Larry's Truck Electric Co as LTEX 3203.  It was renumbered 1540 in January 2011.

3606, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35417, FN 7191-114, as Penn Central 7788, Class EF-20.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7787, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and became Chicago Missouri & Western as 2034 in 1987.  It became Gateway Western 2034 and sold as HLCX 2034 in 1995.  It was rebuilt as 3606 in sold as Rail Link - Ottawa Valley 2008.  It was returned as HLCX 3633.

3607, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35427, FN 7191-124, as PC 7798, Class EF-20.  It became Conrail 7798, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold to CM&W as 7798 in 1986.  It was renumbered 2038 and became GWRR 2038 in January 1990.  It became HLC (HLCX) 2038 and rebuilt as HLCX 3607.  It was leased as Iowa Northern RR 3607 and returned as HLCX 3607.

3608, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35434, FN 7191-131, as PC 7805, Class EF-20.  It became Conrail 7805, Class GP-38, in April 1976.  It was sold to CMNW as 7805 in 1986 and renumbered 2042 in 1987.  It became GWWR 2042 in January 1990 and sold as HLCX 3608 in 1995.

3610, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #35379, FN 7191-136, as PC 7750, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7750, Class GP-38, in April 1976, and was sold to CM&W as 7750 in 1986. It was renumbered 2021 and became GWWR 2021. It later went to Helm as 2021 and was rebuilt as 3610.

3611, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #35391, FN 7191-148, as PC 7762, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7762, Class GP-38, in April 1976, and was sold to CM&W as 7762 in 1986. It was renumbered 2023 and became GW 2023. It later went to Helm as 2023 and was rebuilt as 3611. It went later to RL-OV as 2009,

3612, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #35393, FN 7191-90, as PC 7764, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7764, Class GP-38, in April 1976, and was sold to CM&W as 7764 in 1986. It was renumbered 2025 and became GW 2025. It later went to Helm as 2025 and was rebuilt as 3612.

3613, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35415, FN 7191-112, as PC 7789, Class EP-20, GP38. It became Conrail 7786, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and became assigned as CM&W as 2035 in 1987 but became National Helm as 7786 in September 28, 1989. It became Union Pacific as 1974 in September 28, 1989, and was returned back to Helm as 3613 as March 28, 1994. It was then rebuilt as GP38-3 as UP 2415 in September 10, 1997, and renumbered as 915 on July 11, 2003.

3614, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1966, #32665, FN 7946-6, as Maine Central RR 256, Class DRS-4.  It was sold as HL 256 and renumbered 3614.  It was sold as Missouri & Northern Arkansas RR 5556 and transferred as Salt Lake Southern RR 5556.  It was renumbered and transferred as Arizona Eastern Ry 3815 and transferred as Central Oregon & Pacific 3815.  It was transferred as Kiamichi RR 3815.  It was sold to Bro-Tex International Metals in October 2011.

3614, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #35376, FN 7191-73, as Penn Central 7747, Class EF-20. It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7747, Class GP-38, in April 1976, and was sold to CM&W as 7747 in 1986. It was renumbered 2020 and became Gateway Western 2020 in 1990. It later went to Helm Leasing as 2020 and was rebuilt as 3614.  It was sold as Yadkin Valley RR 3614 in 2005 and became Knoxville & Holston River RR 3614 in 2006.  It became Carolina Southern RR 4002 in 2008.

3615, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #34390, FN 7191-87, as PC 7761, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7761, Class GP-38, in April 1976, and was sold to CM&W as 7761 in 1986. It was renumbered 2022 and became GW 2022. It later went to Helm as 2022 and was rebuilt as 3615.  It was sold as Yadkin Valley RR 3615 in 2005 and assigned as Conecuh Valley RR 3615.  It was renumbered 2022 in April 2013.

3617, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1967, #33280, FN 7065-1, as Maine Central 263, Class DRS-4.   It was sold as Yadkin Valley RR 3617 in 2004 and transferred as Carolina Southern RR 3617 in 2008.

3619, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1966, #32667, FN 7946-8, as MEC 258, Class DRS-4.  It was wrecked on October 28, 1981, and rebuilt in 1982.  It was returned as HLCX 258.  It was rebuilt by VMV as New Hampshire & Vermont as 3800.  It was returned as HLCX 3619 and then sold to Ottawa Valley Rail Link as 2000.

3622, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1971, #36950, FN 7291-24, as PC 7891, Class EF-20.  It became Conrail 7891, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold as HLCX 3622.  It was sold to Watco as WAMX 3809 and returned as HLCX 3809.

3625. GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1967, #33697, FN 7060-67, as C&O 3866, Class GP-38.  It was renumbered 2066 in 1986 and became CSX 2066, Class GP-38, in 1987.  It was sold to Helm as HATX 106 and renumbered as HLCX 3625.  It was sold to Watco as WAMX 3625 and renumbered WAMX 3811.  It was sold to Connell Finance and sent to Metro East Industries.  It was rebuilt by VMV Enterprises to General American Transportation Co  as GATX 2800, GP38-3.  It was renumbered GMTX 2800 and leased to East Penn RR.

3627, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1967, #33694, FN 7060-64, as C&O 3863, Class GP-38.  It was renumbered 2063 in 1986 and then became CSX 2063, Class GP-38, in 1987. It was sold to Helm as HATX 113 and rebuilt as HLCX 3627.  It was sold as WAMX 3813 and sold to Progress Rail Services as PRLX 3813.

3628, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33341, FN 7060-24, as B&O 3823, Class GP-38.  It was later 2023 in 1986 and then became CSX 2023, Class GP-38, in 1987.  It was retired on December 18, 1996, and sold to Helm  as HLCX 117 on February 24, 1997.  It was leased as RLOV 2003 in 1997 and transferred as Toledo Peoria & Western 2003 in 1999.  It was returned as HLCX 117 and renumbered 3628 in May 2000.

3629, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #35385, FN 7191-82, as Penn Central 7756, Class EF-20.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7756, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold as Pittsburgh & Lake Erie 2026. Class EF-20.  It was resold as Kiamichi RR 3807 and sold as  Rail Link-Ottawa Valley 2004.  It was sold as Helm 3629 and sold to Progess Rail Services.  It was rebuilt in 2008 as 2005, PR22B.

3632, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1959, #35313, FN 7191-10, as PC 7684, Class EF-20.  It became Conrail 7684, Class GP-38, in April 1976.  It was sold as Rail Link - Ottawa Valley 2008 and sold as HLCX 3632.

3641, GP38AC, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1970, #35684, FN 5747-20, as Illinois Central 9519.  It became Illinois Central Gulf 9519 and sold as Missouri-Kansas-Texas 343 in 1985.  It became Union Pacific 1999 on February 19, 1989, and retired on May 25, 2001.  It was renumbered as WP 1999 on June 26, 2001, and sold to National Railway Equipment on March 14, 2002,  It was sold as HLCX 3641.

3662, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33331, FN 7060-14, as B&O 3813, Class GP-38. It was later 2013 and then became CSX 2013, Class GP-38. It was retired on August 29, 1995, and sold to Helm as 2013 on November 2, 1995. It was rebuilt by Metro East as BAR 303 in July 1996. It was returned to Helm renumber 3662

3675, GP38AC, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1971, #36080, FN 5766-2, as Gulf Mobile & Ohio 722.  It became Illinois Central Gulf 9541 and became Illinois Central 9541.  It was sold as Conrail Leasing Corp 326 and was sold as HLCX 3675.  It was sold to Indiana Rail Road as 32 and renumbered 3810.

3676, GP38AC, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1971, #36081, FN 5766-3, as GM&O 723.  It became ICG 9542 and became IC 9542.  It was sold as HLCX 3676 and sold as INRD 3676.  It was planned as 33 but renumbered 3812.  It was sold as  It was sold as CIT Group as CITX 3814.

(3677), GP38AC, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1971, #35082, FN 5766-4, as GM&O 724.  It became IC 9543 and assigned as HLCX 3677,  It was sold as Godrich-Exeter RR 9543 and renumbered 3835.

3678, GP38AC, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1971, #36085, FN 5766-7, as GM&O 727.  It became ICG 9546 and became IC 9546.  It was sold as HLCX 3678 and sold as United States Sugar Co 404 in 2004.

3679, GP38AC, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1971, #37451, FN 5766-8, as GM&O 728.  It became ICG 9547 and became IC 9547.  It was sold as HLCX 3679 and sold as INRD 30.  It was rebuilt to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 30, GP38-2, in 2012.

3680, GP38AC, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1971, #37637, FN 7305-19, as L&N 4048, Class GP-38. It became Seaboard System 4048 and was renumbered 6269. It was again renumbered 2178 and became CSX Transportation 2178, Class GP-38. It was sold to Helm and rebuilt as 3680.

3681, GP38AC,  was built by Electro-Motive in December 1971, #7388-1, FN 7388-1, as GM&O 733.  It became ICG 9552 and became IC 9552.  It was sold as HLCX 3681 and sold as INRD 3681.  It was renumbered 31 and renumbered 3809.  It was sold to Foster Townsend Rail Logistics as FTRX 3809 in 2012.

3695, GP38AC, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1969, #38450, FN 7128-28, as B&O 3727, Class GP-40.  It was leased as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 9727 between March 31, 1979 and January 1980.  It was returned as General American Transportation Co 3727 on May 17, 1984, and rebuilt by Mid-American Car in June 1988 as Central Michigan RR 8803.  It was sold as HLCX 3695 in August 1995 and sold as Watco as WAMX 3818.

3801, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1975, #756076-31, FN 7470760-31, as Nacionales de Mexico 9250.  It sold as Helm 3801

3805, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1980, #806017-1, FN 806017-1, as Texas-Mexican Ry 866.  It was sold as Helm 3805.

3809, GP38u, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1971, #36950, FN 7291-24, as Penn Central 7891, Class EF-20.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7891, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold as HLCX 3622.  It was sold to Watco as WAMX 3809 and returned as HLCX 3809.

3814. GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1985, #847025-1, FN 847025-1, as T-M 867.  It was sold as Helm 3814.

3820, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1978, #787147-8, FN 787147-8, as Consolidated Railroad Corp 8231, Class GP38-2.  It became Norfolk Southern PRR 5365 in 1999 and later became NS 5365, Class GP38-2.  It was sold as HLCX 3820 in October 2000.

3825, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1978, #787147-21, FN 787147-21, as Conrail 8244, Class GP38-2. It later became NS PRR 5373 and was sold as HLCX 3825.

3835, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1979, #787162-8, FN 787162-8, as Conrail 8263, Class GP38-2.  It later became NS PRR 5386 and sold to Helm as 3835.

3836, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1979, #787162-12, FN 787162-12, as Conrail 8267, Class GP38-2.  It became NS PRR in 5387 in 1999 and became NS 5387, Class GP38-2.  It was retired in October 2002 and sold as HLCX 3836.

3838, GP38-2, was built in June 1979, #787162-15, FN 787162-15, FN 787162-15, as Conrail 8270, Class GP38-2.  It later became NS PRR 5389 and sold as HLCX 3838.  It was sold as Indiana RR 3838 and renumbered 3808 in 2009.  It was sold to General American Transportation Co as GMTX 2197.

3839, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1979, #787192-21, FN 787192-21, as Conrail 8276, Class GP38-2. It later became NS PRR 5391 and was sold to Helm as 3839.

3843, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1972, #72704-9, FN 72704-9, as L&N 4078, Class GP38-2.  It became SBD 4078 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2588 in 1984.  It later became CSX 2588, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.  It was sold to Helm as 2588 on April 1, 1993, and rebuilt by AMF in July 1994 as SP 158.  It was renumbered 4853 on March 30, 1995, and assigned  1979  in September 1997.  It became UP 479 on December 1, 2003, and retired on October 13, 2003.  It became HLCX 3843 on February 8, 2005.

3848, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1972, #72704-4, FN 72704-4, as Louisville & Nashville 4073, Class GP38-2. It became Seaboard System 4073 in January 1983 and renumbered 2583 in 1984. It then became CSX 2583, Class GP38-2, in April 1986. It was sold to Helm as 2583 and rebuilt AMF on April 4, 1994, as Southern Pacific 153. It was renumbered 4848 on March 30, 1995, and became UP 472, Class GP38-2, on September 30, 2003.  It was retired on October 13, 2003, and returned as HLCX 3848.

3854, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1972, #72704-29, FN 72704-29 as L&N 4089, Class GP38-2.  It became SBD 4089 in January 1983 and renumbered 2599 in 1984.  It became CSX 2599, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.  It was sold to Helm as HLLX 2599 and rebuilt as SP 4863 and became UP 489, Class GP38-2, on January 17, 1995.  It was retired and became HLCX 3854 on January 25, 2006.

3856, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1973, #73611-1, FN 73611-1, as Detroit Toledo & Ironton 414, a GP40-2.  It became Grand Trunk Western 6414, Class GF-430k, in 1984 and retired on June 20, 2001.  It was sold to Alstom on June 29, 2001 and rebuilt as Helm 3856, a GP38-2, in 2004.

3864, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1973, 71702-37, FN 71702-37, as Missouri Pacific 959.  It was renumbered 2110 in September 1974.  It became Union Pacific 2110, Class GP38-2, on October 15, 1990, and retired on May 6, 1994.  It became HATX 216 and rebuilt as UP 1846 on November 30, 1996.  It was renumbered 346 on June 23, 2003.  It was returned as HLCX 346 in 2010 and renumbered HLCX 3864 in 2010.

3867, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1972, #72604-8, FN 72604-8, as L&N 4097, Class GP38-2.  It became SBD 4097 in January 1983 and was later renumbered 2606 in 1984.  It then became CSX 2606, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.  It was sold as Helm 2606 on April 1, 1993, and rebuilt as SP 4870.  It became UP 1996 on February 6, 1997, and retired on October 13, 2003.  It became HLCX 3867 in 2003.

3876, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1972, #72604-9, FN 72609-9, as L&N 4098, Class GP38-2.  It became SBD 4098 in January 1983 and was later renumbered 2607 in 1984.  It then became CSX 2607, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.  It was sold to Helm as 2607 and rebuilt on February 24, 1995, as SP 4871.  It became UP 497 on December 17, 2001, and retired on December 27, 2001.  It became HLCX 3876 on January 2, 2002.

3884, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1973, #71702-20, FN 71702-20, as Missouri Pacific 942.  It was renumbered 2093 in September 1974 and became Union Pacific 2092, Class GP38-2, on October 18, 1991.  It was retired on April 4, 1994, and became HATX 204.  It was returned as UP 1834, Class GP38-2, on April 15, 1997, and renumbered 334 on March 30, 2001.  It was returned as HLCX 334 and renumbered as 3884 on November 21, 2012.

3950, GP39-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1978, #776116-6, FN 776116-6, as Kennecott Copper Corp 795.  It was renumbered 110 in 1987 and returned as 795 in April 1988.  It was returned to Helm Leasing in August 1995 and rebuilt as HLCX 3950.  It was leased as Union Pacific 2749 on August 25, 1996, and assigned as 1249 in December 1999.  Instead it was retired on January 3, 2001.  It was sold to Independent Locomotives Service as 1390.

3951, GP39-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1978, #776116-8, FN 776116-8, as KCCX 797.  It was renumbered 111 in 1987 and returned as 797 in April 1988.  It was returned to Helm in August 1995 and rebuilt as HLCX 3951.  It was leased as UP 2750 on September 12, 1996, and assigned as 1250 in December 1999.  Instead it was retired on January 3, 2001.  It was sold as ILSX 1389.

3952, SD39, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1970, #35821, FN 7219-7, as Southern Pacific 5324, Class EF623-2.  It was sold as Copper Basin Ry 304 and sold to Helm as HATX 3952.  It was renumbered 353 and leased as Indiana Harbor Belt 3902 in 1996.  It was returned to Helm in 2002.
