8002, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1977, #766025-3, FN 766025-3, as BN 8002, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8002, Class SD40-2, on May 17, 2002, and retired on June 30, 2009.

8011, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-22. FN 776055-24, as BN 8011, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8011, Class SD40-2, on March 4, 2002, and rebuilt as 1662, Class SD40-2R, on June 22, 2012.

8013, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-24, FN 776055-24, as BN 8013, Class SD40-2. It became BNSF 8013, Class SD40-2, on February 18, 2000, and rebuilt as 1664, Class SD40-2R, on May 15, 2012.

8015, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-26, FN 776055-26, as BN 8015, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8015, Class SD40-2, in August 2001, and rebuilt as 1666, Class SD40-2R, on July 5, 2012.

8016, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-27, FN 776055-27, as BN 8016, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8016, Class SD40-2, in July 1999, and rebuilt as 1667, Class SD40-2R, on June 4, 2012.

8017, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-28, FN 776055-28, as BN 8017, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8017, Class SD40-2, in July 1999, and rebuilt as 1668, Class SD40-2R, on July 19, 2012.

8020, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-31, FN 776055-31, as BN 8020, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8020, Class SD40-2, in January 2002, and rebuilt as 1671, Class SD40-2R, on December 18, 1911.

8023, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-34, FN 776055-34, as BN 8023, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8023, Class SD40-2, on March 14, 2001, and rebuilt as 1673, Class SD40-2R, on May 7, 2012.

8028, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-39, FN 776055-39, as BN 8028, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8028, Class SD40-2, on October 15, 2001, and rebuilt as 1678, Class SD40-2R, on September 13, 2011.

8050, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1979, #786216-19, FN 786216-19, as BN 8050, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8050, Class SD40-2, on August 30, 2001, and retired on February 27, 2009.  It was sold as HLCX 8050 and sold to Watco  as WAMX 4199.

8054, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1979, #786216-24, FN 786216-24, as BN 8054, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8054, Class SD40-2, in February 2002 and retired in November 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 8054.

8056, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1979, #786216-26, FN 786216-26, as BN 8056, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8056, Class SD40-2, on March 10, 2001, and retired in November 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 8056 and sold as Norfolk Southern 3536, Class SD40-2, on January 17, 2014.

8058, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1979, #786216-28, FN 786216-28, as BN 8058, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8058, Class SD40-2, on May 21, 2002, and retired on February 27, 2009.

8064, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1979, #786216-34, FN 786216-34, as BN 8064, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8064, Class SD40-2, on December 18, 1999, and rebuilt as 1999, Class SD40-2R, on June 4, 2012.

8065, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1979, #786216-35, FN 786216-35, as BN 8065, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8065, Class SD40-2, on April 14, 2005, and retired on February 27, 2009.  It was sold to Helm Leasing Co as HLCX 8065 and scrapped in December 2012.

8081, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in August 1979, #A3760, FN C422-8, as BN 8081, Class SD40-2. It became BNSF 8081, Class SD40-2, on May 22, 2001, and retired on February 27, 2009.  It was sold as HLCX 8011 and sold as NS 3555, Class SD40-2, on January 28, 2014.

8090, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1980, #786256-1, FN 786256-1. as BN 8090, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8090, Class SD40-2, in July 2001 and sold to First Union Rail as FURX 8090.  It was sold as Watco  4150.

8092, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1980, #786256-3, FN 786256-3, as BN 8092, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8092, Class SD40-2, in March 2001 and sold as FURX 8092.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 8092 and sold as WAMX 4197.

8093, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1980, #786256-4, FN 786256-4, as BN 8093, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8093, Class SD40-2, in May 2001 and sold as FURX 8093.  It was rebuilt as Belt Ry of Chicago 300 in February 2012.

8124, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1980, #786256-35, FN 786256-35, as BN 8124, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8024, Class SD40-2, in August 1999 and sold as FURX 8124.  It was sold as WAMX 4141.

(8127), Class SD40-2, was built in June 1980, #786256-38, FN 786256-38 as BN 8127, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 8127, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 8127 in February 2002.  It was sold as WAMX 4142.

(8129), Class SD40-2, was built in June 1980, #786256-40, FN 786256-40, as BN 8129, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 8129, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 8129 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3489, Class SD40-2, on October 23, 2012.

(8131), Class SD40-2, was built in June 1980, #786256-42, FN 786256-42, as BN 8131, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 8131, Class SD40-2, but retired in February 2002.  It was sold as FURX 8131 in February 2002 and sold as NS 3490, Class SD40-2, on September 17, 2012.

(8153), Class SD40-2, was built in July 1980, #786256-64, FN 786256-64, as BN 8153, Class SD40-2. It was assigned as BNSF 8153, Class SD40-2, and was sold to Helm Leasing as 8153 on January 24, 2001.  It was sold as NS 3565, Class SD40-2, on January 27, 2014.

(8155), Class SD40-2, was built in July 1980, #786256-66, FN 786256-66, as BN 8155, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 8155, Class SD40-2, but sold as HLCX 8155 in January 2001.  It was sold as NS 3567, Class SD40-2, on March 3, 2014.

8160, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1980, #786256-71, FN 786256-71, as BN 8160, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8160, Class SD40-2, in December 1998 and sold to Helm as 8160 in January 2001.  It was scrapped in August 2012.

8166, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1980, #786256-77, FN 786256-77, as BN 8166, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 8166, Class SD40-2, in July 1999 and sold as HLCX 8166 in January 2001.  It was sold as NS 3574, Class SD40-2, on December 2, 2013.
