8000-8999

8572, SD40T-2, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1979, #786174-74, FN 786174-74, as Southern Pacific 8572, Class EF630-8.  It was sold to LTE as 8572 in April 2002.

8643, SW900, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1956, #20947, FN 4324-1, as New York Central 9643.  It was renumbered 8643, Class ES-8, in 1966, and became Penn Central 8643, Class ES-8, in 1968.  It became Conrail 8643, Class SW-900, in April 1976, and retired on September 25, 1990.  It was later sold to LTE as 8643.

8738, NW2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1948, #6420, FN E985-20, as Indiana Harbor Belt 8738, Class DES-13d. It was reclassified as Class ES-10a in 1966 was sold to Larry's Truck Equipment as 8738 in March 2003.

8782, NW2, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1949, #7193, FN E1043-9, as IHB 8782, Class DES-13g. It was reclassified as Class ES-10m in 1966 and was sold to LTE as 8782 in March 2003.

8788, NW2, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1949, #7199, FN E1043-15, FN E1043-15, as IHB 8788, Class DES-13g.  It was reclassified as Class ES-10m in 1966 and was sold to LTE as 8788 in March 2003.

8831, NW2, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1949, #9477, FN E1267-22, as IHB 8831, Class DES-13k.  It was reclassified as Class ES-10m in 1966 and was sold to LTE as 8831 in July 2003.
