Electro-Motive SD9 Diesels

820, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1956, #22403, FN 5482-1.  It was renumbered 6215, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6215, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It was retired in October 1982 and traded in to General Electric.

821, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1956, #22404, FN 5482-2.   It was renumbered 6216, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6216, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It was retired in February 1986.

822, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1956, #22405, FN 5482-3  It was renumbered 6217, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6217, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It later became Burlington Northern Santa Fe 6104, Class SD-9, in December 1999.

824, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1957, #22407, FN 5482-5.  It was renumbered 6219, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6219, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It was rebuilt by VMV as 6297,  Class TEBC6, on May 24, 1993 and became BNSF 6297, Class TEBC6, in September 1999.  It was renumbered 1819 and renumbered 258 in 2009.

828, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1957, #22411, FN 5482-9.  It was rebuilt by Electro-Motive in March 1959 and was renumbered 6223, Class SD-9, in August 1979.  It became BN 6223, Class SD-9, in January 1982 and became BNSF 6111, Class SD-9, in January 1999.

829, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1957, #22412, FN 5482-10.  It was renumbered 6224, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6224, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It was rebuilt by VMV as 6298, Class TEBC6, on June 22, 1993, and became BNSF 6298, Class TEBC6, in May 2001.  It was renumbered 1820 and renumbered 259 in 2009.

830, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1957, #22413, FN 5482-11.  It was renumbered 6225, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6225, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It was rebuilt by VMV as 6299, Class TEBC6, on July 13, 1993, and became BNSF 6299, Class TEBC6, in 2005.  It was renumbered 1821 and renumbered 260 in 2009.

832, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1959, #25012, FN 5589-1.  It was renumbered 6227, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6227, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It became BNSF 6115, Class SD-9, in August 1999 and was renumbered 1735 on October 11, 2005, and sold as  Tri-City & Olympia RR 25 in 2008.  It was retired in August 2012.

833, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1959, #25013, FN 5589-2.  It was renumbered 6228, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6228, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It became BNSF 6116, Class SD-9, in January 1999 and sold as Port of Tillamook Bay RR 6116 in 2002.

835, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1959, #25015, FN 5589-5.  It was renumbered 6230, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6230, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It became BNSF 6124, Class SD-9, in February 1998 and sold as POTB 6124 in 2002.

837, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1959, #25157, FN 5589-7.  It was renumbered 6232, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6232, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It became BNSF 6129, Class SD-9, in February 1998.  It was sold as Ag Processing Inc 6129 in 2005 and sold as DeBruce Grain Co 6129 in 2011.

838, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1959, #25158, FN 5589-8.  It was renumbered 6233, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6233, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It became BNSF 6130, Class SD-9, in January 2000.

839, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1959, #25159, FN 5589-9.  It was renumbered 6234, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6234, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It became BNSF 6234, Class SD-9, and kept the same number for preservation.  It was donated to Minnesota Transportation Museum and became MNTX 6234 on December 12, 2003.  It was restored as BN 6234.

841, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1959, #25161, FN 5589-11.  It was renumbered 6236, Class SD-9, in August 1979 and became BN 6236, Class SD-9, in January 1982.  It became BNSF 6132, Class SD-9, in February 1998.  It was renumbered 1732 and retired in July 2008.
