201 through 250 were built by Budd in 1968.
251 through 296 were built by Vickers Canada in 1980.
404 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in June 1937, #62072. as Niagara Junction Ry 9. It was rebuilt by General Electric in October 1973 as PATC 404.
405 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in December 1928, #60699. as NJRy 8. It was sold in October 1973 as PATC 405 for parts. It was scrapped by Camden Iron & Metals in October 1980.
