1493, GP18, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1960, #26026, as New York Chicago & St Louis 703, Class ERS-18A.  It became Norfolk & Western 2703 in 1965 and renumbered 1493 in 1983.  It was retired November 29, 1984, and sold as ICCCo 1493 in 1987.  It was sold as Rail Switching Service 1493 in 1999.
