These cars were built at Cold Springs in 1913 and were duplicates of 601-630 which were built the year before by St. Louis Car.

651 thru 660 were rebuilt and transferred to Appleton in 1924 and were renumbered 200 thru 209. They were returned in 1928 and got their original numbers back. 660 was one manned in 1929.

The rest of the series were reconditioned in 1928 and all were retired in 1948 and 1949. The two man cars operated on Routes 19 and 37 and the one manned 660 operated on Route 15.

One interesting spotting difference on the cars was the anti-climber on the cars which served in Appleton.
