4602 was built by Electro-Motive in March 1966, #31613, as Chicago Milwaukee St Paul & Pacific 183, Class 30E-RS. It was renumbered 2003 in 1968 and became Soo Line RR 2003 in 1985.  It was rebuilt as CP 4602 on September 3, 1997.

4608 was built by Electro-Motive in October 1966, #32296, as CMStP&P 176, Class 30E-RS. It was renumbered 2014 in 1968 and became Soo Line RR 2014 in 1985 .It was rebuilt as CP 4608 on May 31, 1996.

4611 was built by Electro-Motive in March 1966, #31610, as CMStP&P 180, Class 30E-RS. It was renumbered 2025 in 1968 and became Soo Line RR 2025 in 1985.   It was rebuilt as CP 4611 on February 10, 1997..
 

4618 was built by Electro-Motive in January 1967, #32483, as CMStP&P 166, Class 30E-RS.  It was renumbered 2039 in 1968 and became Soo Line RR 2039 in 1985.  It was rebuilt as CP 4618 on December 4, 1995.

4620 was built by Electro-Motive in January 1967, #32489, as CMStP&P 172, Class 30E-RS. It was renumbered 2045 in 1968 and became Soo Line RR 2045 in 1985.  It was rebuilt on November 5, 1996, as CP 4620.

4623, as built by Electro-Motive in December 1968, #34146, as CMStP&P 2058, Class 30E-RS.  It became Soo Line RR 2058 and was planned as CP 4623 in October 1997 but sold to Helm Financial in 1998.  It was rebuilt in January 1999 at Boise as Union Pacific 2569, GP38-2.
